Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Overview

This policy describes how Creator Signal OS (“we,” “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and services. See also our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email, name (if provided), and credentials or OAuth identifiers when you register or sign in (including Google sign-in when enabled).
  • Content you submit: creator profile fields, audience signals, and generated outputs stored in your workspace.
  • Billing data: processed by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe); we typically receive limited billing status and identifiers, not full card numbers.
  • Technical data: standard logs, diagnostics, and usage metadata needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, enforce our terms, communicate about the product, and comply with law. AI features may send relevant content to model providers under their terms; avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data you do not want processed by subprocessors.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers (hosting, database, email, payments, AI) who process it on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business purposes, then delete or anonymize it in line with our practices and legal obligations.

6. Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications as provided in messages.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate data infrastructure, your information may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards as required by law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date and, where required, notify you.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the support channel on the website.

Template notice. Align this policy with your actual data map, subprocessors (OpenAI, Stripe, hosting), and counsel for GDPR/CCPA or other regimes as applicable.
